With a strong belief in the idea that where there is a legal problem there is a legal solution, Collins brings his highly analytical mind to every case brought before him. Collins has an infectious passion for research with a special interest in international commercial law practice and has dreams to be a major contributor to the improvement of legal jurisprudence in the academics.
Collins holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Enugu State University of Science and Technology from where he proceeded to the Abuja Campus of the Nigeria Law School. He has been actively involved in private practice in the law firms of Layi Obisesan and co; Magisterium Partners; and Ogbodu Ogbe and Associates since being called to the Nigerian Bar in 2012.
Collins is well versed in general litigation and its nuances. Over the years, he has honed his oral and written advocacy skills, a mastery of courtroom environment, especially in corporate and commercial law cases where he has successfully drafted and reviewed contract, MoUs, Conveyancing documents etc.
