Mrs. Omonigho M. Ogbe
Principal Counsel
“If you really want to help someone, you would always find a way… It isn’t always about money”
A second-generation lawyer, her passion for law began as an odd mix between her fear for the Police at a very tender age and her almost impulsive attitude towards defending people she believed were oppressed.
She has built a successful practice spanning three decades partly on the advice her father gave her to ‘never look for trouble, but be a pain to those who are committed to giving trouble’. She believes more than ever that though justice must be fought for, it is available for everyone and she makes it a point of duty to find creative solutions within the law to ensure that justice is served.
Mrs. Omonigho Ogbe is the Principal Counsel of Ogbodu Ogbe and Associates, and if given a second chance at life she would be a lawyer all over again.
Mrs. Omonigho Ogbe has proven herself as a professional and accomplished advocate with substantial experience in vast areas of trial and appellate litigation, Commercial, Criminal and Business disputes, Employment and Labour disputes, Family Law and Child custody cases; Property and Land matters amongst others.
She also provides necessary assistance to employers regarding the preparation of employee manuals and employment policies and is highly regarded by her colleagues for her track record in all her endeavours.
